CFL's Virtual Career Fair

June 9, 2021 - Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a pilot, an engineer, an entrepreneur - maybe a doctor, a veterinarian, or even a graphic designer? Now's your chance to find out, right from those employed in all of these careers - and many more!

The 2021 Connections For Learning Virtual Career Fair for Grades 7-9 will feature opportunities for students to connect, and experience presentations and discussions with over twenty experienced professionals in various fields. From 8:30am-3pm on Thursday, June 10 and Friday, June 11, students can join in on any or all of 22 Google Meet sessions to learn more about the wide range of career options available, the kind of work each of them entails, and how to best prepare themselves on their learning journeys should they wish to pursue any of these forms of employment in the future.

Event Schedule

Each student attending the Virtual Career Fair is required to register for the sessions of their interest so that our guest speakers can adequately prepare for their presentation. Please complete and submit the Virtual Career Fair Registration Form prior to the event.

Once you have registered, click on the job name link at the given time to join the Google Meet with each professional. To learn more about each professional, click on their name and/or check out the Virtual Career Fair Information Booklet.
